Apologies guys team for the belated testimonial.... I hired Taxibox back in December 2011 after doing my homework on the myriad of different companies offering both moving/storage services. Taxibox have a nice website that is easy to understand but the thing that stuck out amongst the rest is that Taxibox tell you upfront on the website what the charges will be. Delivery of the box and collection back to the facility is free and you just pay a flat fee for redelivery. With every other company you must contact them to get a quote and its then that you find out the hidden costs and realise you have wasted your time. I was promptly contacted by Ben who along with colleague Jeremy was outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, had excellent communication, were flexible when details and arrangements had to be changed, and generally went out of their way to ensure I was looked after. These guys are young owner/operators that really give you the level of care that the big operators claim to offer only to fall short. As someone who works in customer service and has high expectations, I would have to say this was probably the best customer experience I\'ve ever had – keep up the fantastic work guys!

I have used numerous storage facilities over the years and Taxi Box are by far the greatest company i have dealt with. The service and communication was top notch. Being able to pack the box in our own time made a huge difference and when we decided we needed our stuff moved to Sydney the guys were able to provide excellent advise to get this done cheaply and easily.

What a great way to store your personal items, the pick up and delivery is an excellent idea, padlocks are provided for the boxes, and the team are friendly, helpful and will support you in any way they can. Would i use TAXIBOX again? U bet!!!

I just wanted to say how great your service has been. Your driver rang me on Thursday to confirm drop off details He promptly did the delivery at 7.30 on the Friday morning and collected it again early on the Monday. I must say that I will be recommending you to any of my friends in the future.

From a customer service perspective you guys are fantastic! Every single time I\'ve had any form of interaction with any of you, you\'ve all been incredibly helpful, polite and kind. It\'s really nice to have that personal experience that is lacking in so many companies these days.

I found the service exactly as I expected, no surprises and reasonably priced. I found that the only information missing on the site is in the measurements to being able to fit the box in the garage doesn\'t include the space needed to move the box on and off the fork lift. Otherwise it was a very smooth process. Would use a TAXIBOX again in the future.
